Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
It is convenient that before ordering, check that the product is the one you are looking for, either for personal use (size, color, model...) or for your bike (model, engine, year...).
To accept a return, the item must be unused and under the same conditions in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of products that are exempt from being returned such as all types of oils and lubricants, nor do we accept products containing safety seals for use removed, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some products for personal use, such as underwear.
To make a return, we require the receipt or purchase invoice.
Please do not ship the products to the manufacturer, we take care of the return procedures and / or guarantees with the suppliers or manufacturers of the brands.
Returns and refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, we will automatically make the deposit to the credit card or original payment method you used for the purchase, within 48 hours after receipt of the item.
Late or lost refunds
If you have not yet received the refund, please check your bank account again, it may take some time before the refund appears in your bank account.
You can call your bank and find out if the return has been made.
If you have followed all these steps and have not yet received the refund, please contact us by sending an email to the following email@example.com address or via the website (contact) and we will give you a solution as soon as possible.
Items on sale
For items where temporary offers or discounts at their usual price are offered, refunds will be made according to the current purchase price of the item at the time of return.
Default changes or breakage
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a courier who will pick up the defective or damaged item.
After receiving the item and checking the status of the item, we will proceed to send you another one like it.
Shipping costs will be free in these cases.

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs for items with prices equal to or less than 60 euros. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of sending the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the customer's place of residence, the waiting time to receive their package will depend solely on transportation, so sometimes delivery dates may be delayed.
